When you contact AEG Handyman Services, Inc., Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., your call will be answered by an experienced AEG team member. While it's hard to imagine, it's true. Our Customer Service Representative will answer all of your questions and schedule your appointment as conveniently as possible.
After hours, click the "Contact Us" button of our website, complete the simple form and our Customer Service Representative will call you back on the next business day at the time you specify.
After Hours Calls to AEG
If you do call after hours, you will get the AEG answering system. Please leave your name, phone number and the best time to reach you. Our Customer Service Representative will call you back on the next business day at the time you specify.
When you talk to our Customer Service Representative, you will select one of three appointment options:
Early Bird Appointment. This is the first service call of the day. The AEG technician will arrive on the scheduled day at the scheduled time.
Later Day Appointment. This is a floating appointment. The AEG technician will arrive on the scheduled day between prearranged hours. Twenty to thirty minutes before arrival, you will receive a phone call letting you know an AEG technician is on the way.
As-Soon-As-Possible Appointment. You can select either of the two options above, but if a technician becomes available before then, you will be notified and have the option of selecting the earlier appointment.
