Before Remodel: No built-in appliances, no custom cabinets, linoleum floor, suspended ceiling, florescent lighting, and no dishwasher.

After Remodel: Built-in appliances, dishwasher, recessed lighting, crank-out window, ceramic tile floor, custom cabinets.

Before Remodel: 2 x 10 stairs with incorrect rise & run, old chimney no longer used and deteriorating, hidden space not usable.

After Remodel: More efficient use of space, comfortable stairs.

Just a few examples of our shed construction and installation, canopy enclosure assembly and installation, playhouse construction, pool installation, fence construction, bathroom remodel, & tile installation.

Before: Over 240 linear feet of water damaged fascia. The soffit was connected to fascia with only calking and the two edges were uneven and varied.

After: Added support blocks to connect new fascia flush with soffit. All replacement wood was primed before installation. Only coated screws were used to replace the fascia. The guttering was primed and painted to match the new fascia color. 

Before: Over 800 square foot of bare concrete floor.

After: 18" ceramic tile installed and grouted in the living roon, hall, 2 bed rooms, and a bath.

Before: This house had water damage to the fascia, soffit, and roof sheathing due to an incorrectly placed flashing.

After: Removed and replaced the damaged material, evicted a few carpenter ants, resealed, primed, and painted to look like new!
