When the AEG technician was working on my kitchen faucet, he was more than willing to explain the process. I initially called AEG to come look at my house to see if it needed additional caulking. The technician spent about 1/2 hour checking it over. He said it looked good, made some suggestions, and pointed out some water damaged trim. Since I was already having the building contractor coming to do warranty work on another water damaged area, he suggested I have them fix the trim as well. There was no charge for the service.
The building contractor fell through, so I had AEG come and repair the water damaged siding and trim. When I got home from work, the water damaged items were replaced, sealed, and painted to match. I was very satisfied with the service they provided, the technicians were very professional, and the price was fair. I will definitely recommend them to others.
