The AEG Handyman Services, Inc. technician will work quickly and efficiently to complete all of the tasks. You pay for a minimum of one hour, so if the technician completes your list before the hour is up, give him more to do. It won't cost you any more unless you go beyond the hour. After the first hour, we charge you in ¼ hour increments, so you do not pay for time you do not need.
If the technician does require additional supplies that are not in the van, he will notify you. You will not be billed for the time he is away obtaining the necessary supplies.
If the technician uncovers a concealed problem, he will stop work immediately and explain the situation to you. He will also contact the AEG Handyman Services, Inc. Customer Service Representative (CSR). The technician will not proceed further until you have given approval to do so.
The technician will enter your house and apply shoe coverings. During the work, the technician will do everything necessary to protect your property from contamination. Upon completion of the work, the technician will remove all tools, supplies and vacuum the immediate area with a hepa-approved machine. Other than the superior quality repair or installation, you won't know he was ever there.
